Sumitech Precision Machinery Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd., our sister company in Dongguan City, Mainland China was founded in 2013 and specialises in providing precision parts machining such as 5-axis parts machining, complex part machining, invar alloy parts machining, titanium alloy parts machining, engineering plastic parts machining for medical, semiconductor, aerospace, automotive, communication and other industries. Our manufacturing arm comprise the production and office areas of 4,000 square meter and 40 employees. The production facilities comprised of a variety of machineries, including a Germany DMG 5-axis, 4-axis, 3-axis machining centre, CNC lathe, grinding machine, milling machine, wire cutting machine, and so on.
We also have high-end testing equipment, such as the Germany-imported ZEISS Contura G2, VMC432, height gauge, hardness tester, roughness tester, coating tester, HRC hardness tester, and so on, to provide superior quality assurance. Furthermore, we obtained ISO 9001, which emphasises meeting customer requirements and improving customer satisfaction, as well as ISO 13485, which requires medical device manufacturers to ensure regulatory compliance, establish robust quality management systems, manage risks, gain customer trust, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
